Our Patisserie Masterclass is a one-year special training, which is available throughout Europe only with us. The focus of this training is also a real treat: Desserts, Confectionery, Sweet and Pastry. We garnish the whole with specialized theoretical subjects. The conclusion qualifies for the submission for the "WIFI apprentice trainer".

Modern patisserie techniques are combined here with traditional knowledge in a special way. The know-how for the preparation of Viennese pastry is particularly great at our school and cannot be compared with any other school. We are aware of this responsibility and are happy to pass this knowledge on to our students.

Patisserie Masterclass
The one-year course opens the doors to the sweet world of patisserie. The cold and warm desserts, sweets and pastries are one of the main attractions of Austrian cuisine.
Art and creation
The profession of patissière and patissièr is an artistic and creative activity. In our course, students receive the know-how from recognized master confectioners to be able to realize themselves in this demanding professional field. Practical training is in the foreground. Training in the areas of personnel management and languages rounds out the practical offerings.
International and vegan
In addition to the preparation of classic pastries, the focus is on the examination of modern areas of patisserie. We train the art of preparing vegan pastries as well as highlights from the international patisserie. In the course, we place great emphasis on the quality and sustainable use of food. We source all ingredients from selected Austrian companies.

Registration for a school place

Digital registration
Please fill out the registration form completely and upload the following documents in the registration form:
- Successful completion of apprenticeship as a confectioner, baker, cook.
- Successful completion of a vocational middle or higher school that replaces or is equivalent to the following final examinations: cook, confectioner, baker.

Job interview
Upon receipt of the completed application form and school notification, you will be notified and invited to an interview. Please bring the following documents to the interview:
- a copy of the payment confirmation for the registration fee of EUR 30,00
- a copy of the birth certificate
- a copy of the proof of citizenship
- a copy of the registration form
The final decision on admission is made by the school management in agreement with the school owner. The basis is a private law contract, the contents of which are the statute, the leaflet and the house rules.

Tuition
The payment of school fees is subject to the payment method you have chosen.
School uniforms and a knife set (if not already available) are also available.
