Our hospitality school offers you the opportunity to learn three professions in just three years. As a fully trained cook, restaurant specialist and office administrator, many doors are open to you.
You can start our three-year technical college right after the 8th grade. You'll get a taste of the real world in the kitchen and restaurant. And you can count on it: Not only is the soup bubbling here, but there's also a lot of fun! In addition, you'll learn English and French, commercial subjects, technical theory, and interesting additional qualifications. Of course, we also keep an eye on the best possible development of your personality. After graduating from our hospitality school, you will have a wide range of opportunities to develop your individual professional potential.

- Restaurant specialist
- Office administrator
Cooking, Service & Patisserie
The practical training includes the areas of kitchen management and organization, patisserie as well as restaurant and catering. Our students are optimally prepared by our experienced team of teachers for the professional requirements of the catering and hotel industry.
Events & Practical Experience
We are particularly proud of the numerous events that our students regularly successfully stage together with experts from the upscale gastronomy industry. The Life Ball, the Vienna Wiesn Festival, and the Gault&Millau Genuss Fair are just a few examples of the events we manage. Our students also gain valuable practical experience after the first and second year by completing a three-month internship in the kitchens of renowned catering establishments in Austria and abroad.

Our students regularly and very successfully participate in national and international cooking and service competitions.
Languages, business and general education
The hospitality industry is only really fun when you can communicate with international guests. English and French are therefore an important part of our teaching. Basic management training and in-depth general education (including in the subjects of tourism geography, history, art and culture, as well as political education and law) round out the educational spectrum of our school.
Full day classes with full board
Our hospitality school offers all-day lessons from 08:00 to 16:50. Full catering for the students is guaranteed in certified organic quality (BIOS).
There are three steps to registering for a school place:
1.
Digital registration
Please fill out the registration form completely and upload the following documents in the registration form:
- a copy of the school report (half-year report) of the 8th grade (for students of the 8th grade) or a copy of the final report of the 8th grade and a copy of the school report (half-year report) of the 9th grade (for students of the 9th grade)
2.
Job interview
Upon receipt of the completed application form and school notification, you will be notified and invited to an interview. Please bring the following documents to the interview:
- a copy of the payment confirmation for the registration fee of EUR 30,00
- a copy of the birth certificate
- a copy of the proof of citizenship
- a copy of the registration form
3.
Tuition
The payment of school fees is subject to the payment method you have chosen.

Admission criteria
For applicants from performance-differentiated schools in performance group III (or grade Sufficient in "basic general education"), the legally required entrance examination (German, mathematics and living foreign language) takes place in June.
