From the 2025/2026 school year:

1st class: € 3.700,00

The first part of the tuition fee is due immediately upon acceptance at the Vienna School of Hospitality Management. The payment modalities can be found in the PDF Fees & Tuition. We ask for your understanding that paid school fees will not be refunded, as the school place can no longer be replaced. In the event of voluntary withdrawal, expulsion during the current school year or termination of the contract, the school fees (total amount) cannot be refunded.

All pupils are provided with BIO-certified food at lunchtime at the school. Due to the all-day lessons, no additional costs are incurred for afternoon care. 

Due to the high demand, we ask for your understanding that we can only reserve the school place if the required payments for the registration year have been made.

Final Examination Fee

Will be announced when due.

Expense fee

The fee for teaching materials is € 65 and includes the student ID card, accounting forms, IT paper, school work sheets and photocopying costs and is due at the beginning of the school year.

Spindrift rent

The locker fee is currently € 30.00 and is included in the teaching materials fee.

6.

School uniform

To ensure a common outward appearance, we wear our school uniform.

For the hospitality school, a "complete package" is available from our partner DER WALTER Berufskleidung GmbH.

Knife sets

The perfect knives for hospitality school training can be found at our partner PASCHER Ges.m.b.H.
