Hospitality school brings delicious surprise to the town hall: Vienna's mayor Michael Ludwig enjoys pre-Easter visit.
Last Tuesday, the Vienna City Hall experienced a sweet surprise when the students of the hospitality school together with their board member Mr. Peter Fallnbügl and deputy chairman Mrs. Martina Haslinger-Spitzer delivered delicious patisserie creations.
The atmosphere in the town hall was filled with anticipation and pride as the students presented the elaborate desserts to the mayor. Mr. Ludwig was visibly impressed by the creativity and craftsmanship of the budding restaurateurs and emphasized the importance of the training at the hospitality school at Judenplatz, as well as the importance of gastronomy for the cultural life of the city.
Mr. Fallnbügl and Mrs. Haslinger-Spitzer accompanied the students and supported them in presenting their passion and talent. It was an honour to be able to visit the mayor in the town hall and give him a taste of the festive Easter season.
The visit to the Hospitality School in the Vienna City Hall was not only a culinary delight, but also an opportunity to strengthen the close connection between the educational institution and the city administration. We are proud to be able to contribute to Vienna's gastronomic diversity and look forward to continuing to show our passion and skills to the Vienna City Government in the future.
