Ceremony of the graduation certificates 2019

On May 29, 2019, Director Werner Sedlacek and Technical Director David Grandegger awarded the successful graduates of the Patisserie Master Class and the Technical School their diploma certificates. The numerous very good and good successes were additionally awarded by the Graduates Association of GAFA.

Some of the former students will now put the knowledge and skills they learned at GAFA into practice. Many of our graduates will start our advanced course for tourism with a focus on patisserie and innovation management in September, in order to be able to hold a Matura certificate in their hands in another three years.
