On Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the Dancer against Cancer calendar was presented by star photographer Manfred Baumann at the Gastgewerbefachschule am Judenplatz. The students of 3 FKA spoiled the 120 guests with ox cheeks with celery puree and bacon, pork belly with white cabbage and potatoes, hummus with shrimp and smoked paprika, and ravioli with cream cheese basil pine seed or ravioli with game and mushroom served as finger food. The professionalism and friendliness of the students in service, typical of Gafa, were praised several times during the evening.
