Practical application of the 2 technical school
The Guide Gault&Millau 2020 was presented by Martina and Karl Hohenlohe at the Park Hyatt Vienna on Wednesday, November 20. Through a refinement of the rating system, five toques could also be achieved for the first time.
250 invited guests from gastronomy and business followed the successful presentation full of excitement. The students of the 2 FKA of the hospitality school demonstrated their skills with courteous hospitality. They were supported by the two experienced service teachers Dieter Nurschinger and Stefan Lamatsch. Guests were treated to a flying buffet consisting of: Chestnut soup, pumpkin tartare on brown bread as well as a sinfully delicious selection of desserts.
