How does Europe taste?
Since January 2020, CULINAIRE L'EVROPE and GAFA have dedicated each new issue to a different European region and its specialties. With a specially composed and cooked menu including wine accompaniment, publisher and gastrosophist Lojze Wieser and Burgtheater director Martin Kušej will awaken wanderlust and curiosity about unknown, forgotten and rediscovered taste experiences. The evening will be supervised by GAFA students and accompanied by literary texts read by Burgtheater ensemble members and music.
At this event, the students had and still have the opportunity to experience not only culinary delights, but also art and culture up close.
