Dear (future) student!
We invite you to join one of our live cooking sessions this summer so you can get a first glimpse of our school life and already meet some of GAFA's teachers and students.
Live cooking takes place every Tuesday from 11:00 via Microsoft Teams in a video conference. The selection of the program (the dishes) always takes place the week before. You can just watch or of course cook yourself at home and prepare a nice lunch for your family.
To participate in one or more live cooking sessions, the following items are important:
1. you need an office account, which you create with your private mail address. Open the page www.office.com and follow the steps to create an account.
Once you have successfully created your account, you will be taken to the home page. Select "Teams" here. Microsoft Edge - Wikipedia Note: If possible, please download the program to your device (PC, notebook, smartphone - regardless of operating system) to be able to work with all features and to see all participants in the live call. If you don't want to do that: Microsoft Teams works best in the browser "Microsoft Edge".
If you can now access MS Teams, click on "Chat" in the left (dark blue) sidebar, then on the "New Chat" icon at the top and enter the e-mail address "vmoser@gafa.ac.at" under "To:". This way you can send a short message to Mrs. Moser, who can then give you all the other important information you need to participate in the live cooking. You will receive from her the recipe for the desired date (if you want to join the cooking) and she will support you in using the program.
If you would like to join in the cooking, please also send a message to Mr. Dallinger(fdalling@gafa.ac.at). He will explain the recipe and the ingredients and give you tips about the utensils and equipment you need.
