The Junior Master Chef is an exclusive additional training course offered by the Austrian Chefs' Association in cooperation with WIFI Austria. It offers young cooking talents the unique opportunity to take their culinary skills to a new level. At the GAFA, ambitious students can hone their skills in the field of sustainable and regional cuisine. State-of-the-art cooking techniques are taught and the training can be credited towards the WIFI master chef qualification.
