Pupils report on their journey

True to the motto "When you travel, you can tell a story", the students of the 3rd advanced course in French wrote reports about their language and cultural trip to Paris.

The oral presentations were not only a good opportunity to polish up one's French. Many memories of a wonderful week were also exchanged. The travel reports of the student Linda Leithner and the student Jakob Fuchs summarize the experience particularly well:

Learning at the Ritz Escoffier culinary school

For one student, this trip to Paris will remain a special memory. Matthias Birnbach, winner of the "Les Chefs en Or" cooking competition, was invited to spend a week taking part in selected cooking courses at the renowned Ritz Escoffier Paris cooking school.

The preparation of exquisite soups as well as poultry, meat and fish dishes was just as much a part of the program as the creation of fantastic desserts:
